PRINCIPAL PHYSIOTHERAPIST: JOHN BRADSHAW

Docklands resident and Physiotherapist John Bradshaw, opened New Energy Physiotherapy on Merchant Street, Victoria Harbour in 2008.

Energy is the theme of the practice which John has drawn from Docklands itself – Melbourne’s energetic and dynamic harbourside precinct.

The practice is modern, elegant, sophisticated, and fully equipped.

“It’s a professional service I am primarily interested in bringing to my clients. In addition, clients can expect a personal welcome or a drink to help them relax, followed by an expert diagnosis and effective treatments”.

John’s experience working in Australia has taught him that, “Our Docklands patients’ time is very valuable, so we must work to reduce their recovery time”.

John has been working in the medical field since graduating in 1994 with a Medical Science Degree in Cardiorespiratory Medicine in Florida, USA, and a Bachelor of Physiotherapy Degree in 2004 from the University of Melbourne.

PHYSIOTHERAPIST: INSUN LEE

Insun Lee completed her bachelor’s degree in physiotherapy and professional development at Curtin University in WA in 2008.  Working in the Perth CBD at a busy private practice before moving to Melbourne several years later to work in a private practice in East Brighton.

Insun joined New Energy Physiotherapy in 2018, complementing our Dockland’s clinic friendly and professional service, and quickly developed a strong relationship with clients.

Insun practices with a high level of knowledge and skill in the assessment and treatment of musculoskeletal injuries.  And  has a strong interest in the hands-on treatment of neck and back pain as well as sports injuries.

Insun is also a strong advocate of using customised exercises to help client’s rehabilitation and prevent the recurrence of injury.

Like John, Insun lives in Docklands and has adopted the precinct as her place of residence and work. Early morning walks around the Docklands before work are a new discipline for Insun, together with being available to see her clients whenever they need treatment.

As a personal interest, Insun practises what she preaches, working on her gym weight training, clinical Pilates, and hiking. She also invests her time in personal development for general lifestyle and mental health.
