- Monday – Friday 8am — 7pm
- Saturday 8am — 12pm (by appointment only)
Office Policy
Our goal is to provide quality care in a timely manner. In order to do so we have implemented an appointment cancellation policy. The policy enables us to better utilize available appointments for our clients in need of medical care. If it is necessary to cancel your scheduled appointment we require that you call by 10 a.m. on day of treatment or one (1) working day in advance. Otherwise an inconvenience fee of $10.00 will apply.
- A $5.00 administration fee will be applied to accounts not settled at end of session.
- Clients who require extended consultations must inform the clinic before attending.
Methods of Payment
For your convenience we use Hicaps for immediate private healthcare rebate and also accept EFTPOS, credit cards, cash and cheques.
