In 2009, the extension of tram services along Collins Street will connect commuters into the heart of Victoria Harbour: Merchant Street.
Access via Vehicle
CityLink provides access from all directions: from the south and east via the Charles Grimes Bridge; from the north and west via Footscray Road.
In addition to the public car parks that are in operation throughout Docklands, there are car park bays at several locations, including Merchant Street directly outside the clinic, at the Safeway across the road, and alternatively, the National Bank and Etihad Stadium have well established garages on Bourke Street.
Access via Trains/Trams
Public Transport delivers train users to the new Southern Cross Station - only 7 minutes walk to New Energy Physio at Shop 5. Alternatively, the following tram lines service the area, terminating outside 800 Bourke Street (the colourful NAB building):
- #30 via Latrobe Street (City circle)
- #11, #31, #42 and #48 via Collins Street
- #70 via Flinders Street (City circle)
- The free City Circle tram also travels to Docklands every 12 minutes.
Access via Foot or Cycle
Walking, to the clinic, is easiest via the Southern Cross Station – Etihad Stadium Footbridge. Once on Bourke St. continue to walk, westward, (away from the city) until reaching the Ericsson Building at number 818. Turn right into Merchant Street to find New Energy!
Access bicycle trails provide a safe and scenic route from all directions and Docklands is strategically placed to the existing cycling trails. The Main Yarra Trail to the east, Capital Trail to the north, Maribyrnong River paths to the west, and Bayside Paths to the south converge at Victoria Harbour.

By Road — New Energy Physiotherepy is located inside Queen Victoria Building on the corner of Swanston Street and Lonsdale Street. Inside the QVB Urban market.
By Tram — Tram stop that are near QV – #1, #3, #5, #6, #8, #16, #22, #64, #67 & #72
By Train — It is a 2min walk from Melbourne Central station, which services all train lines.
